If your DMs are quiet and your pitches are getting ghosted, it might not be your offer—it might be your message. This free workbook helps you:

    • Get crystal clear on who you help

    • Define the real problem you solve

    • Craft a message that builds trust and curiosity

      My Personal Struggle with Messaging

I struggled with this same problem.

When someone asked what I did, I’d stumble:
“I’m a content strategist who helps with websites and content in operations. I help you be more efficient.”

Sounds okay. But… what does that even mean?

When people asked for clarification, I’d say, “I write stuff.” Cue the polite smile, the slow nod… and the quiet exit.

So I had a talk with myself:
"Frankie, what are you doing? How can you be a strategist and fail at your own core message?"

(To be fair, I was also struggling with my offer—but that’s a story for another day.)

How This Workbook Transformed My Approach

So, I sat down, became my own client, and asked myself the questions I ask everyone else. That turned into a system—a set of steps I could repeat and refine—and eventually, into this workbook.

The first version of my message after going through the workbook?
"I’m a content strategist who focuses on increasing your efficiency so your business isn’t running you."

It wasn’t bad. But it wasn’t quite me.
Because the next question someone asked was,
"Why should I hire you when Ben’s better at this?"

Well, first of all, Ben charges tens of thousands of dollars and works with big firms. And while that might sound impressive, his approach doesn’t work for everyone.

Then I stopped focusing on what I didn’t have and looked at what I do.

      Because I’m a unicorn. 💁🏻‍♀️

That final step—the one that turned everything around—is built into this workbook.

      My New Ultimate Core Message

      And here’s where I landed:

I help women business owners stop guessing and start growing by building systems that make their content work for them.
Through clear messaging, simplified structure, and strategic content, I help you build a business that supports your life—not one that drains it.

      • I don’t offer fluff—I offer structure.

      • I don’t push hustle—I build sustainability.

      • I don’t just write words—I craft strategy that helps you show up, get paid, and grow strong.

I do this because I’ve lived in the trenches.
I’ve built systems from the mud up.
And I genuinely care about seeing you rise.

That’s what this workbook does—and it’s yours. Free.
